Over-the-counter CFD
CFDs are cash-settled OTC derivatives that mirror price movements of an underlying (e.g., FX pairs, indices, commodities, shares).
You do not own or acquire any rights in the underlying asset (e.g., voting rights or dividends), although price or cash adjustments may be applied to reflect corporate actions.
CFDs are not traded on an exchange and can only be opened and closed with the Company as your counterparty; prices, costs and available liquidity may differ from the underlying market.
Investing in CFDs carries the same types of risks as other leveraged derivatives (including rapid losses due to volatility and leverage) and may create contingent liabilities (e.g., margin calls).
The Company is acting as the Client’s counterparty to the off exchange (“OTC”) transaction in CFDs.
